Demand Partnerships Specialist

About the Role Join adjoe’s Demand Partnerships team to drive advertiser adoption of our Playtime advertising solutions across global markets. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and growth, and tailor strategies to deliver strong campaign performance for mobile game and app advertisers.

What You'll Do

• Establish strong relationships with potential mobile gaming and app advertisers in GCR and beyond, and bring them to use adjoe’s advertising solution.
• Manage the entire pipeline including lead generation, outreach, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing your clients.
• Use our CRM to track activities and the pipeline.
• Prepare customized sales presentations for advertisers.
• Gather and communicate advertisers’ needs and industry trends internally.
• Assess the cost of advertising campaigns.
• Prepare reports showing how our services improved campaigns’ performance.
• Create contracts for clients to sign and guide them through the signing process.
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and develop conversion plans.
• Review information about clients’ products/services to tailor tailored strategies.
• Be part of an international English-speaking team.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of tech sales experience, preferably in adtech or mobile advertising, with a proven track record.
• Proficient in KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS).
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
• Expert with Google Suite (Sheets and Slides).
• Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
• Experience using a CRM.
• Output- and revenue-driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
• Ambition to win T1/T2 enterprise clients in the Greater China Region (GCR).

• Experience working in an international, English-speaking team.
