Responsibilities include developing and executing demand-generation strategies across GHECS verticals, including Hotels, Shortlets, Cars, Event Halls, Experiences, and Services.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing and paid acquisition, including Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Email Marketing, Retargeting, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and other growth channels

- Identify and develop new online and offline acquisition channels, partnerships, promotions, referral programs, and campaigns capable of generating significant booking demand
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to determine what is working, what is not working, and where marketing budget should be increased or reduced

- Strong communication, sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to think independently and take ownership of results
- Ability to move quickly, experiment with new ideas, solve problems independently, and consistently meet aggressive growth targets and deadlines
- Creativity and strong attention to detail in campaign development, advertising creatives, offers, landing pages, messaging, and presentation
- Experience working with marketplaces, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, fintech, mobility, or other high-growth consumer businesses is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
- Must be ambitious and comfortable being measured against clear KPIs such as guest acquisition, bookings, revenue generated, CAC, ROAS, repeat bookings, and overall demand growth
