About the Role Reporting to the Demand generation Manager, Factorial is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to design and execute a robust event strategy that drives demand generation and nurtures leads through a mix of in-person and online events. The focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Portugal, ensuring event initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable pipeline growth. This role requires cross-team collaboration, strong project management, and performance analysis to optimize event outcomes. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll contribute to the full funnel by creating experiences that convert leads into opportunities and collaborating with sales, growth operations, and other teams to maximize results. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Portuguese marketing events strategy, identifying and prioritizing events, managing budgets, allocating resources, and defining success metrics.
- Collaborate across teams including sales and growth operations to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans.
- Plan and execute a mix of in-person and online events, tracking performance and optimizing for pipeline impact. What We're Looking For
- Experience in demand generation or event marketing, with a focus on the Portuguese market preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, growth operations, and other teams to align initiatives with business goals.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills to optimize event outcomes.
