Delivery Tutor - Freight Forwarding

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Delivery Tutor to join our Seetec Training team. In this rewarding role, you'll inspire and support learners through high quality apprenticeship and commercial training programmes, helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to succeed in their careers.

As a Delivery Tutor, you'll design and deliver engaging learning experiences through workshops, webinars and one-to-one coaching. You'll guide learners throughout their journey, setting SMART targets, providing constructive feedback, assessing work and preparing individuals for Gateway and End Point Assessments (EPA). Working closely with employers, stakeholders and colleagues, you'll ensure training remains relevant, learner focused and aligned to industry needs. You'll maintain high standards of quality and compliance while creating an outstanding learning experience that drives achievement and success.

We're keen to hear from individuals with experience in teaching, training, coaching, learning and development, employability, apprenticeships or workforce development. You may already be a Tutor or Assessor, or perhaps you've developed your skills through mentoring, team leadership, facilitation or supporting colleague development in the workplace.

You’ll be a confident communicator who can engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds while building strong employer relationships. Passionate about helping others succeed, you’ll be organised, adaptable and committed to transforming lives through learning and development. Travel and flexible working to meet learner needs will be an important part of the role.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary between £32,000 and £34,200 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Remote Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Ability to work flexible hours to meet service needs Closing Date: 10 November 2026

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of learners to achieve the required outcomes in the workplace
To undertake training, assessments and reviews within sector specialism / occupational area(s) - Electronic system base – E portfolio
Provide mentoring and support to Learners, in order to achieve Seetec’s training outcome targets
Design and Implement course work material

Skills and Experience
International Freight Forwarding experience, specialising in road, sea and/or air freight.
Strong current knowledge of Customs processes and procedures
GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English grade C and above
Confident use of IT software packages and Microsoft Office
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Self -motivated
Target and result driven – working to SLA’S
A positive and enthusiastic approach with a “can do” attitude
