About the Role Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) is a trusted technical advisor embedded within customer organizations, translating data, analytics and AI challenges into high-impact business value. You will design, implement, and scale data and AI solutions with a focus on architecture, operational excellence, and customer enablement, collaborating with Databricks' sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption.
What You'll Do
- Be the Databricks Architect working with customer technical teams on use cases/data products from development to go-live, addressing technical challenges and blockers, and providing guidance, best practices and enablement.
- Lead the post-technical-win technical account strategy and execution plan for the majority of Databricks use cases within our most strategic accounts.
- Be the internal point of contact for customers and internal teams, engaging with technical leadership, performing architecture reviews, helping with performance and cost optimizations, demonstrating new capabilities, removing blockers, and driving onboarding plans.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical background in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing or Data Science.
- Experience as a post-sales technical lead and trusted advisor across Databricks products, capable of engaging with technical leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid technical/commercial role and drive cross-functional collaboration, executive relationships, and customer enablement.
