- Take full ownership of project delivery for Fixed Price engagements, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, quality, and financial performance.
- For Staff Augmentation engagements, take primary responsibility for people management, team performance, employee engagement, retention, and day-to-day operational management.
- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, monitor actuals versus plan, and identify and address financial risks.
- Monitor project profitability and key financial indicators, particularly for Fixed Price engagements.
- Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them when appropriate.
- Manage project scope and changes, ensuring that scope deviations are identified, assessed, and properly communicated.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and other technical specialists.
- Ensure effective communication between delivery teams, clients, internal stakeholders, and company management.
- Provide regular project status reporting to senior management, including delivery progress, financial performance, risks, issues, resource status, and planned actions.
- Maintain transparent and timely communication with clients and ensure that expectations are properly managed.
- Support resource planning and allocation, including forecasting future staffing needs and identifying potential resource gaps.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and performance-related discussions with team members where applicable.
- Support employee development, motivation, retention, and resolution of people-related issues.
