Delivery Manager (with Business Analyst exp)

Project description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options, Fix Income, Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business

Requirements

• Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
• Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
• Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
• Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.
• Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
• RAID management of project
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Skills

• Must have
• 10+ years of overall experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst
• Must have experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class (Options, Fix Income, Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• Past Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers, BA and automation engineers
• Nice to have
• Experience to trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
