Delivery Manager

About the Role The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, driving operations, governance, and the right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and delivery costs. You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality, and contractual obligations across accounts. What You'll Do

• Manage delivery of projects and drive operations and governance, evaluating budget, costs, risks, and staffing needs post-transition/migration.
• Create quarterly project charters with defined weekly trajectories and ensure 100% adherence to schedule, quality, efforts, and costs.
• Ensure 100% compliance to project SLAs, information security protocols, and all contractual obligations; monitor audits and address findings to prevent major non-compliance.
• Liaise between client and internal technical delivery team to drive project health, adhering to metrics; lead project-related QA and audits (ISO, etc.) and maintain 100% fulfillment with QA processes.
• Maintain project structures in Confluence and SAP; ensure ERD compliance per MSA.
• Engage in client relationship management: conduct regular client connects, participate in MRMs, and plan/execute QBRs to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Design and monitor project performance dashboards/reports; produce weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS and conduct periodic reviews to prevent revenue leakage and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate deviations from the project charter; monitor revenue allocations and provide input on overall delivery performance.
• Drive Operational Excellence and Automation: perform Pareto analyses, identify automation opportunities, deploy hyper-automation with Holmes RO, and collaborate with tools teams to reduce noise.
• Promote Innovation: lead idea campaigns, drive knowledge management, and showcase value adds in MRMs/QBRs to drive growth.
• Capability Development and Talent Pipeline: lead demand forecasting and resource planning; ensure 100% training compliance, plan rotations, and maintain learning maps with HRBP. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in delivery management of complex projects with governance and client engagement.
• Strong ability to plan budgets, schedules, risks, and staffing; ensure compliance with SLAs and information security.
• Experience liaising with clients and internal teams; familiarity with QA, audits (ISO), Confluence, SAP.
• Knowledge of workforce management, talent forecasting, and resource planning; ability to drive training compliance and rotations.
• Exposure to automation/AI/RPA and tools integration; ability to identify optimization opportunities and drive value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have
• Experience with automation platforms such as Wipro Holmes RO; familiarity with MRMs/QBRs and knowledge portals.
• Background in managing multiple SLs within an account and cross-functional teams.
