Delivery Manager

About the Role The role focuses on delivering projects through strong operations and governance, ensuring the right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and delivery cost. It involves shaping delivery structure post-transition, managing budgets, risks, and staffing to meet project specifications. What You'll Do

• Lead delivery management to ensure seamless delivery of projects and optimize schedule, quality, and costs.
• Design project delivery structure post-transition/migration by evaluating budget, costs, risks, and staffing requirements.
• Create quarterly project charters with defined weekly trajectories and ensure adherence to SLAs, information security, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor audits (quality, customer, ISO) and ensure zero non-compliance; address audit findings.
• Liaise between client and internal teams to drive project health and metrics adherence.
• Conduct periodic QA and Workforce Management Group cadences; maintain project structure in Confluence and SAP; ensure ERD compliance.
• Manage client relationships through regular connects, MRMs, QBRs, and dashboards; identify early warnings and opportunities.
• Provide inputs on project performance, health, utilization, and realization; escalate critical risks.
• Drive operational excellence via automation, innovation, knowledge management, and talent development; drive Pareto analysis and automation opportunities.
• Plan demand forecasting, talent pipeline, training compliance, and rotations; coordinate with WMG/CWMG and Talent Acquisition; ensure 100% training compliance. What We're Looking For
• Delivery management experience and governance across complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder, client relationship, and communications skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, SAP) and dashboards.
• Experience with audits, SLA compliance, and information security.
• Talent management, demand forecasting, and workforce planning experience.
