Job title: Delivery Manager

About the Role The purpose of this role is to manage delivery of projects, drive operations and governance, and ensure the right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and delivery cost.

What You'll Do

• Delivery Management: ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Deploy an optimal delivery structure post transition by evaluating budget, costs, risks and staffing.
• Create quarterly project charters with a defined weekly trajectory and enforce adherence to schedule, quality and cost.
• Ensure 100% compliance to project SLAs, security protocols, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor audit findings and address issues to avoid non-compliance or SLA deviation.
• Liaise between client and internal delivery teams to maintain project health using standard metrics.
• Lead project audits (quality, ISO, etc.) and ensure zero non-compliance.
• Periodically work with QA to resolve issues and prevent escalations.
• Ensure 100% fulfillment with Workforce Management Group per requirements.
• Maintain project structure in Confluence and SAP; ensure ERD compliance in the MSA.
• Engage in client relationship activities: regular connects, MRMs, and QBRs; identify opportunities.
• Create and monitor project performance dashboards with clients.
• Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS and reports; review operational and quality metrics.
• Identify risks and mitigate to prevent revenue leakage; escalate deviations from the project charter as needed.
• Operational Excellence - Automation: perform Pareto analysis, deploy hyper automation, and reduce noise with tools.
• Innovation: brainstorm improvements, drive value adds, run idea campaigns, and promote knowledge sharing; deploy training and the knowledge portal.
• Capability Development and Talent Pipeline: forecast demand, anticipate attrition, plan quarterly resource needs, coordinate hiring with WMG/CWMG, train and upskill, ensure 100% training compliance, and plan rotations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in delivery management, governance, and client relationship management for large projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks, staffing, and SLA compliance; experience with audits.
• Proficiency with project charters, dashboards and with Confluence and SAP.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, talent development, and training compliance.
• Exposure to automation, hyper automation and tooling.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
