What You'll Do
- Coordinate and operationally track projects or fixed-price / managed services.
- Lead internal and/or external technical teams in collaboration with project managers and technical leads.
- Monitor contractual commitments (SLA, timelines, quality, budget).
- Be the primary client contact: relationship management, reporting, escalation handling.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Propose optimizations and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Participate in staffing and skills development and talent retention.
- Calculate and analyze KPIs.
