Delivery Lead for our Healthcare Software Development services, guiding a structured engagement model designed for organizations that need strategy, predictability, and a team that operates like an internal department. The role blends healthcare domain knowledge with agile delivery and client-facing leadership to drive high-impact software outcomes from planning through production.
What You'll Do
- Plan & Discovery: Lead Planning & Discovery with clients to establish a foundation and delivery structure. For new products, conduct full discovery to produce a validated roadmap with scope, timeline, and estimates; for defined requirements, run focused alignment sessions to validate processes and close gaps before ramping up the full team.
- Team Assembly: Assemble a team structured around the project's actual requirements. Our typical team includes PM, UX/UI designers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and AI specialists as needed. Allocations are based on real scope, not a standard package. Every team member is a healthcare specialist. They embed into your organization's workflows, communicate directly with your stakeholders, and operate on your tools and channels. Your leadership team has direct access to every person building the product.
- Agile Delivery: Run 2-week sprints following Scrum: sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives. Your team has full visibility into progress at all times through ClickUp and Slack, with structured touchpoints so nothing falls through the cracks. We execute against the roadmap defined in discovery, with the discipline to adapt when priorities shift.
- Launch & Production Releases: We plan incremental releases that reduce risk and get real users on the product earlier, incorporating feedback before full release. We manage every release to production, from staging environments and QA sign-off to deployment, monitoring, and post-launch stabilization.
- Maintenance & Ongoing Evolution: Once the product is live, we reassess together. What comes next depends entirely on where the product is and where your organization needs to go. Some teams scale down to a lean maintenance setup. Others kick off a new discovery phase for the next version. Some organizations are ready to bring development in-house, and we support that transition too. There's no default next step. We define it with you based on what the product actually needs.
