Req.#1123830910
Responsibilities
-
-
Estimate each approved project together with the POs, the lead developer and the architects
-
-
Turn the estimate into a plan: milestones, sprints, pod capacity and staffing against the backlog having in mind capacity measured in AI Complexity Points
-
-
Map the dependencies up front, across teams, across value streams and across vendors (including other vendors), with an owner and a date on each
-
-
Execute against the plan. Track progress and throughput, and re-plan when scope, capacity or a dependency moves
-
-
Raise risks and slippage early, with the cause and the decision needed
-
-
Report throughput in complexity points, cycle time, defect escape and rework rate on the account cadence
-
-
Own the stream's part of the complexity-point baseline, and move pods from T&M to committed output
-
-
Move each pod through the AI factory ramp when the team is new
-
-
Track AI adoption and productivity per pod and per person
-
-
Track AI cost per pod, per person and per ticket, next to the cost of the pod itself
-
-
Run a continuous improvement program for the stream. Find where work is slow or expensive: rework, review queues, waiting on dependencies, model and prompt choices, runs that cost more than the ticket is worth
-
-
Set targets for cost per complexity point and cost per unit of work, and bring them down over time
-
-
Pass the factory improvements on to the pods and measure the effect
-
-
Keep the savings visible and tie them to EPAM margin on the output-based model
Requirements
-
-
Experience leading delivery of multi-team software programs with external vendors, in a client-facing role
-
-
Track record of delivering to a plan and to commercial commitments
-
-
Hands-on with AI coding tools, with first-hand experience of AI-native ways of working in a team
-
-
Comfortable with data: delivery, cost and productivity metrics
-
-
Strong communication with senior client stakeholders, and the judgment to escalate early
-
-
Insurance or financial services background is a plus
