About the Role Delivery Helper for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), Next Steps Logistics LLC, based in Whiteland, Indiana. This role supports on-time package delivery and customer service as part of a field delivery team on 10-hour shifts, six days a week. What You'll Do
- Deliver Amazon packages and assist customers at the doorstep
- Load and unload packages; use a dolly and safely enter/exit delivery vehicles
- Operate Android handheld devices to scan and track deliveries
- Adapt to varying weather and schedules while staying active on the road What We're Looking For
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license or state ID; pass a drug test
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform loading/unloading tasks; operate a dolly; get in/out of box trucks
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment with customer-facing interactions
- Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus Nice to Have
