What You'll Do
- Drive high-impact delivery initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Design and embed best-practice reconciliation models across asset classes.
- Reduce manual breaks through automation, standardization, and stronger controls.
- Enable teams through knowledge sharing, coaching, and clear solution design.
- Act as a platform authority on the SimCorp platform and influence best-practice usage.
- Translate operational challenges into concrete solutions and process improvements.
- Lead complex client onboarding with a focus on scalable, repeatable setups.
- Define and maintain standards, documentation, and governance to ensure reuse and scale.

- Strong experience in investment operations within asset management, banking, or insurance.
- Proven hands-on expertise on the SimCorp platform with a solution-oriented mindset.
