About the Role MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers. Our fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks and a network of over 50 distribution centers to provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States. The Delivery Driver operates a parcel van and/or straight truck to transport life-saving medical products to local customers, helping build positive relationships through timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.
What You'll Do
- Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
- Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Abide by Medline’s safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment where needed, performing safety checks, etc.
- Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Provide in-person support to the customer – addressing questions and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
- Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
- Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
- Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued vehicle use.
What We're Looking For
- Valid US driver’s license; CLP for Class B License if required by state.
- Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
- Clean driving record with no serious violations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $21.75 - $31.50 per hour.
- Benefits include health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions with company match, paid time off, and more. Drivers are home daily with local routes, supporting work-life balance.
- The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
