About the Role This is a full-time Delivery Driver position with Packagejet LLC operating out of a Grand Rapids Amazon facility. We are seeking reliable, independent, flexible team players who pay attention to detail, can problem solve, and deliver packages safely in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the Company vehicle
- Follow all local and state laws, driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction even under stressful conditions
- Navigate various routes and weather conditions; lift and move packages up to 50 lbs frequently and 50-70 lbs with a hand truck; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure exceptional service What We're Looking For
- Must be 21+, hold a non-provisional unrestricted driver's license
- Pass background and 4-panel drug screen; satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliability, independence, flexibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- Military veterans are welcome; prior Commercial, DOT, CDL (or related) driving experience is a plus but not mandatory Nice to Have

- Salary: $22.25-$23.50 per hour, paid weekly
- Typical schedule: 10-hour shifts; 4-day work week (10.5 hours per shift) with two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break
