About the Role Rainier Express Delivery is hiring energetic, dependable Delivery Drivers for full-time roles in Puyallup, WA. You will drive an Amazon-branded van and deliver packages to homes and businesses, following GPS directions and handling a high-volume daily workload. What You'll Do
- Drive an Amazon-branded van and deliver packages to homes and businesses in all weather.
- Start at 10:00 AM for four 10-hour shifts per week, with overtime opportunities.
- Load and unload 200-300 packages daily and hand-carry them to customer doorsteps.
- Make up to 200 stops per day, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Walk long distances as needed and navigate routes across the service area.
- Work with a highly organized support team and maintain vehicle and route readiness. What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to work in the United States.
- Authorized to work in the United States with a valid US driver's license.
- Physically fit to lift and carry heavy packages and walk long distances.
- Comfortable using GPS and handheld devices while on the route.
- Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular weekly schedule. Nice to Have
- Experience with package delivery and route optimization is a plus (not explicitly required). Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $24.25 - $26.25/hr. High-performing drivers earn $25 - $28.75/hr, including performance bonuses.
- Bonuses include 10 Hour Top-off Bonus, team safe-driving bonus, and specific Role Bonuses.
- Weekly paychecks, every Friday.
- Start at 10:00 am, end by 8:30 pm (or earlier, with full pay when requirements are met).
