About the Role Delivery Driver for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Seaford, DE. You will be responsible for prompt, safe, and accurate deliveries while upholding safety and quality standards and delivering delight to customers. What You'll Do
- Prompt, Safe, & Accurate Deliveries
- Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to safety and quality standards on and off the road
- Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers’ homes, retail stores, and business locations
- Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with customer inquiries or requests
- Keep customers informed of delivery progress/status
- Use handheld technology to manage delivery progress and obstacles
- Assist in training other team members if needed What We're Looking For
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Pass a drug screening test (THC not included) and background check
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Customer service skills
- Weekend availability (at least 1 weekend day) Compensation & Benefits
