About the Role This is a Full-Time Driver position with MCQ6 Logistix, LLC delivering packages to Amazon customers in Chandler, AZ. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Safely operate the company vehicle to deliver packages on time
- Perform safety inspections and follow all local/state laws and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service despite challenging conditions
- Lift and move packages as required (up to 50 lbs frequently; 50-70 lbs for heavier items)
- Adapt to varied routes and weather conditions What We're Looking For
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Good English communication skills; able to problem-solve and stay organized
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle the physical demands of route work
- Prior commercial/DOT/CDL driving experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Military veterans are welcome Nice to Have

- $22.25 per hour, paid bi-weekly
- Typical schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4-5 day workweek (40 hours typical)
- Rotating schedule with at most 3 consecutive work days; every other weekend off
- Breaks: two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal break
