About the Role Last Mile Ops is hiring Delivery Associates/Drivers in Swedesboro, NJ for contracted roles with Amazon. You will drive a delivery van to drop off packages, interact with customers, and follow safety standards. The role typically involves 4-5 days per week and ~10 hours per day. What You'll Do
- Drive a delivery van to drop off packages to customers within your community
- Plan on working about 4-5 days a week with a typical workday of about 10 hours
- Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
- Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- Use handheld technology to manage the delivery process What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
- Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must consent to a drug screening
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers Nice to Have
