About the Role This is a Full Time driver position with JBX Express Logistics LLC, delivering packages for Amazon. We’re seeking reliable, independent, flexible workers who pay attention to detail and can solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are committed to safe, on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Deliver packages on assigned routes and operate company vehicles
- Safely drive, perform vehicle safety inspections, and follow all local/state laws and company policies
- Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs) and manage delivery responsibilities across various routes
- Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service and address issues to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain physical readiness for a demanding role and adapt to all weather conditions
- Support the team with route coverage and assist during rescue calls when needed What We're Looking For
- Valid non-provisional driver's license; authorized to work in the US
- Pass drug screen; clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; smartphone use; strong communication and customer service skills
- Military veterans are welcome
- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or related driving experience) a plus, but not mandatory
- Able to work on a full-time basis with flexible scheduling Nice to Have
- CDL or related driving experience is a plus

- $21.00/hour (paid weekly)
- Typical 10-hour shifts; 4-day workweek (40 hours)
- 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
