About the Role Delivery Associate role with Hibox Logistics in the Albuquerque metro area. You will deliver packages safely and on time while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety. What You'll Do
- Drive a delivery vehicle and deliver 200-250 packages per day.
- Navigate using a smartphone; work in varying weather conditions.
- Maintain safety and customer-obsessed service; work 4 days per week, up to 10 hours per day.
- No CDL required; operate a delivery van as part of a field team. What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old; valid in-state driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs; customer-focused and safety-minded.
- Experience not required; prior gig-economy experience encouraged (DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, etc.).
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery. Nice to Have
- Experience in gig-economy roles; positive attitude and reliability. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $21.50 per hour to start; overtime opportunities.
