About the Role EXCELerated Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. EXCELerated Delivery offers competitive pay, benefits, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year. Our Top Safe Drivers can make $45K year ONE. No delivering/driving experience required; Amazon-branded vehicle provided; we pay you to train and to excel. What You'll Do
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use a handheld device for direction routing and customer delivery information.
- Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs) and be able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs during shifts.
- Navigate routes, work in varying weather conditions, and maintain strong organization and decision-making while working independently. What We're Looking For
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; 21+ years old; valid driver's license in the state of residence; pass pre-employment drug test.
- No CDL required; ability to drive and deliver in a safe manner. Nice to Have

- $17.50 - $19.50 per hour; $175 - $195 per day; weekly pay; $500 sign-on bonus; overtime and on-call opportunities; driver performance and safety bonuses; tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year; paid training; PTO; health, vision and dental; 401k/profit sharing; free shoes/work boots provided to all new drivers (up to $125 value).
