About the Role Join Kavak as a Delivery Agent and help power operations across national and international delivery networks. You will ensure that car deliveries provide an amazing customer experience and manage the delivery schedule to ensure all authorizations and vehicle conditions are in time and proper form.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that the delivery of our cars is an amazing customer experience and manage the delivery schedule to ensure that authorizations and the car conditions are in time and form.
- Be responsible for attending to warranty customers, giving them priority attention and handling registration at KvK Black.
- Ensure that the logistics for warranties are met and coordinate with internal teams to uphold service standards.
- Support Kavak's growth by contributing to efficient delivery operations across markets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics or delivery coordination, preferably in automotive or service industries.
- Strong customer service mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus.
