  • Job Description

Job duties:

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Customer Service, Order Management, and related systems, including test scenario preparation, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate business users and stakeholders during system testing phases to ensure business requirements are fully validated.
  • Participate in new system implementation, supporting business process design, requirement gathering, and solution validation.
  • Support system go-live readiness activities, including business cutover planning, operational preparation, and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate post-go-live stabilization activities and ensure smooth transition from project team to operation teams.
  • Manage business process handover documentation and maintain complete project records for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Support data migration activities including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration result verification.
  • Ensure master data and transaction data migration records are properly maintained and archived according to company policies.
  • Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes and system workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials related to new systems and business processes.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support to business users.
  • Monitor system performance and collect user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
