Delaney’s MACE Castlebar have an exciting opportunity available for full time Deli / Sales Assistants. We are a renowned grocery retailer and are looking for charismatic, hard-working and efficient Deli Assistants to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess deli/food experience however all other retail experience is considered.
We are looking for experienced although training will be provided Deli / sales Assistants for an immediate start, who have a strong work ethic, flexible approach and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer care at all times.
Responsibilities of this Deli Assistant job include:
- Food preparation and replenishing of food displays
- Ensuring Health and Safety are met
- Providing customers with a 5 Star experience
The requirements for the Deli Assistant job include:
- Previous deli / fresh food/ butcher experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills are needed
- Ability to work at a fast pace and as part of a team
- Manual Handling & HACCP certification – Training can be provided
