What You'll Do
- Support employees’ professional and personal growth through the Employee Support, Training & Career Development Team.
- Provide direct services related to discovery, career counseling, job placement, retention services, on-the-job training, and follow-along support and vocational evaluations.
- Work with HR to ensure access to resources that enable engagement in the employment process, successful transitions into employment, and retention of positions.
- Assist with implementing and upholding equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies as described (including the State of Ohio Affirmative Action Program). What We're Looking For
