About the Role

Debone Plant Tender Puller at Bachoco USA is responsible for supporting high-speed processing lines in the Debone Plant, ensuring proper loading, portioning, and quality control of chicken products. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to product standards within a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and tear down workstation and line as required.
• Properly load the front half on high-speed processing machines to ensure proper processing.
• Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high-speed processing machines for proper processing and/or portioning.
• Recognize when a machine is not functioning properly and take appropriate action.
• Visually grade product and remove unacceptable items.
• Maintain pace to match machine capacity while keeping the work area safe and sanitary.
• Stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands/arms; regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform duties on high-speed processing equipment and adhere to operating procedures.
• Ability to set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Ability to load front half and arrange breast meat/tenders on high-speed machines for proper processing.
• Ability to recognize when a machine is not functioning properly and take appropriate action.
• Ability to visually grade product and remove unacceptable items.
• Ability to perform duties at a pace that keeps up with machine capacity while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Must stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands/arms; regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds.
• This is a safety-sensitive position; expect exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and loud noise.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate: $18.50 per hour.
• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive.
