Job Summary
The Dean of Admissions will oversee all student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes. This role ensures that the school attracts, admits, and retains high-quality students in line with our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies.
- Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Lead the admissions team and oversee application reviews, interviews, and selections.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and feeder schools.
- Maintain accurate admissions data and provide regular reports to leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in student admissions and enrollment management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a private or international school
- Ability to work with diverse families and cultural backgrounds
