About the Role EY-Parthenon Deal Origination focuses on gathering information about upcoming transactions in the CEE region. The team helps Private Equity funds identify companies that could add value to their portfolio. From day one you will participate in analyzing CEE markets for potential transactions in close collaboration with EY regional offices, with opportunities to broaden knowledge in corporate finance, learn to use professional databases, and gain unique transactional market experience. EY.AI – you will work with a team where AI agents are part of the deal process and investment decision making, supporting financial analysis, interpretation of standards, building insights, and preparation of client communications to help identify risks and craft valuable recommendations. What You'll Do
- Map sectors and identify acquisition targets in Poland and CEE;
- Create target lists with investment theses and transaction hypotheses;
- Actively create transaction opportunities and build a pipeline;
- Direct contact with business owners, C-level executives and private equity funds;
- Commercial evaluation of companies and market segments (attractiveness and risk considerations);
- Collaborate with EY regional offices to analyze the CEE markets;
- Work with EY.AI team to support financial analysis, interpretation of standards, build insights and prepare client communications to identify risks and craft recommendations.
