DDI (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) Subject Matter Expert

About the Role

A DDI (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) Subject Matter Expert with 7+ years of experience is sought to design, deploy, and support large-scale DDI infrastructure projects. The role requires deep technical expertise across DDI technologies (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and the ability to drive end-to-end infrastructure initiatives while collaborating across time zones and geographies. What You'll Do

• Lead planning, implementation, and support of large-scale DDI infrastructure projects, including both physical (servers, appliances) and logical (software versions, product changes, data migrations) upgrades and migrations.

• Design, deploy, and operationalize DDI infrastructure across new environments, delivering a consumable and scalable service for internal stakeholders.

• Perform risk assessment and management, addressing headwinds and evaluating downstream user or service impacts.

• Communicate effectively with teams across time zones and languages; proficient English required.

• Apply industry-standard project management methodologies, tooling, and governance; plan, document, and manage infrastructure project implementations.

• Demonstrate expert-level engineering experience with DDI technologies such as Cygna VitalQIP, AMS, AMM's, EfficientIP, Infoblox, and F5 BIG-IP DNS.

• Work with TCP/IP, UDP, and DNS network protocols.

• Leverage automation and scripting (shell, Ansible, VBA, Python, JavaScript, JSON, API integration or development) where applicable; not mandatory.

• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with JIRA is beneficial. What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in the DDI space (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and related infrastructure.

• Strong expertise in DDI design, deployment, and operations.

• Deep knowledge of DDI technologies: VitalQIP (Cygna), AMS, AMM's, EfficientIP, Infoblox, and F5 BIG-IP DNS.

• Proficiency with network protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, DNS.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams across locations.

• Familiarity with automation and scripting (any of shell, Ansible, VBA, Python, JavaScript, JSON, API integration or development).

• Experience working in Agile environments; working knowledge of JIRA is beneficial. Nice to Have

• Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA.
