About the Role DDA HR consultants provide executive search and HR consulting services for public sector clients. This role leverages a background in public administration and local government to support recruitment, policy development, and strategic planning.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support recruitment and executive search processes for clients
- Create position profiles and advertisements, post openings, and assemble interview materials
- Provide guidance on HR functions including payroll, benefits, and workplace investigations
- Engage in community research and strategic HR initiatives for client organizations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in executive search and recruitment; AIRS certifications (Professional Recruiter, AI and Sourcing Recruiter, Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter, Internet Recruiter)
- Background in public administration or local government; experience as city/county administrator or similar
- Strong collaboration and team-oriented approach with a track record of delivering results
Nice to Have
- MBA with emphasis in Public Administration and additional certifications
- Experience in policy development, budgeting, capital improvement planning, and HR operations
