About the Role The DC Lead directs and coaches warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, overseeing order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders. Based in Olive Branch, MS, this role supports a dedicated shift and helps drive safety, efficiency, and productivity while handling essential documentation and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
- Schedule pick-up; train and coach employees; monitor performance and production goals
- Correct errors and escalate to the proper individual
- Create BOLs and bill orders
- Perform computer-related tasks and run reports
- Ensure processes and policies are followed; identify and correct production issues
- Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area
- Operate motorized equipment (forklift) as needed in a manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
- Education equivalent to four years of high school
- 2-3 years general labor experience
- 2 years lead experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting; physical capability to perform tasks and operate equipment
Nice to Have
- Prior lead/supervisory experience
- Forklift operation experience
