Job title: DC Lead 3rd Shift 11p-7a
About the Role The DC Lead oversees and coaches warehouse staff, directing daily operations to support efficient order picking, replenishment, movement of product, and order processing. You will train employees, monitor performance, ensure policies are followed, and help drive production goals. The role also includes creating BOLs, running reports, and maintaining organization and cleanliness of the work area.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
- Schedule pick-ups; Train and coach employees; Monitor performance and production goals; Correct errors and escalate to the proper individual
- Create BOLs and bills of lading; Perform computer-related tasks and run reports
- Ensure processes and policies are being followed; Identify and correct production issues
- Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of the area
- Use motorized equipment, including forklift operation; Drive for long periods as required; Work in various temperature conditions
- Physical demands: bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of tools and boxes; weight lifting
What We're Looking For
- Education equivalent to four years of high school
- 2-3 years general labor experience
- 2 years lead experience preferred
- Strong communications skills both oral and written
