About the Role The Lead DC will direct and coach warehouse staff on the Olive Branch, MS site for the 2nd shift. You’ll be responsible for directing order picking, replenishment, moving product, processing orders, training and coaching employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring accurate, compliant operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
- Schedule pick-up
- Train and coach employees
- Monitor performance and production goals
- Correct errors and escalate to the proper individual
- Create BOLs and bills of lading
- Perform computer-related tasks and run reports
- Ensure processes and policies are followed
- Identify and correct production issues
- Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of the area
