Microsoft is seeking a DC Inventory & Asset Technician Manager (DIAM) in Santa Clara, California. You will lead a team of Inventory & Asset Management technicians responsible for inbound and outbound logistics tasks, inventory cycle audits, and Data Center regulatory compliance activities. You will guide your team to effectively run warranty processes and data bearing device destruction, model leadership principles, drive accurate and efficient IAM task execution, and manage escalations with stakeholders as they arise. This role supports Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I), delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Azure platform.
