Job Description: Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance. Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment. React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed. Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations. Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn’t meet all requirements per the Master Service Agreement.
