Job title: Datacenter Technical Leader H/F/N

About the Role

You will join the Datacenter Operations team and lead the maintenance of infrastructure and IT within the datacenter. Reporting to the Datacenter Manager, you will supervise a team of two technicians and ensure the availability of server and technical infrastructures, while driving continuous improvement in operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers and infrastructure

• Participate in incident management and coordinate escalations until resolution

• Contribute to infrastructure projects and site evolution

• Manage stocks and track equipment

• Organize, prioritize and coordinate team activities

• Monitor performance indicators and provide operational reporting

• Serve as the technical reference for the team and support upskilling of technicians

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards

• Lead continuous improvement actions within the defined scope

• What We're Looking For

• Experience in operation and maintenance of servers and datacenter infrastructure

• Incident management and problem resolution

• Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure (network, power, cooling, etc.)

• Ability to lead, manage priorities and coordinate activities

• Leadership, teamwork and strong communication

• Rigour, organization, adaptability and reactivity

• Clear communication and pedagogy

• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement

• On-site availability in Marcoussis; willingness to participate in on-call rotations

• Valid driving license (Permis B); willingness to travel quarterly to other Datacenter sites (Clichy, Ferrière-en-Brie) as needed
