About the Role Hybrid Database Administrator role based in Mexico City (Tecnoparque) due to client requirement for hybrid working-from-home. 2 days per week in the office. What You'll Do
- Database patching and upgrades
- Database builds
- Oracle and Cassandra OS patching support
- Support database failover activities
- Support user maintenance activities
- Take data copies from production to lower environments and between non-prod environments
- Super cluster support
- Support replication technologies (Shareplex, GoldenGate/IBM CDG)
- KVDB support
- Rehydration’s in AWS environment
- Be well aware of at least 2 DB platforms from: Oracle, Cassandra, RDS, KVDB, CouchDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL
- Experience with running Jenkins jobs and Ansible scripting What We're Looking For

- Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design
