Job title: Data Team Lead (DTL)
About the Role
Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects with minimal guidance, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction. Provide leadership to the Data Management team in project planning, execution, and close-out, and oversee financial management for data management activities and milestones. Perform role of Data Team Lead (DTL).
What You'll Do
- Gather Study Setup requirements through discussion with relevant stakeholders.
- Support validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance.
- Oversee regular data cleaning to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure service and quality meet timelines and deliverables per SOW with guidance.
- Support training of new joiners.
- Lead internal study meetings and sponsor audits; participate in Study Kick-off meetings and other sponsor meetings.
- Track and manage projects; oversee progress; identify risks; take corrective actions as required.
- Manage implementation of new technology/database revisions with guidance.
- Work closely with the programming team for process innovation and automation.
- Adhere to trainings and eSOPs.
- Provide review and expert opinion in developing, revising, and maintaining core SOPs and working instructions.
- Communicate with Line Manager and cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner.
- Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field with proven experience in Data Management.
- 3-4 years direct Data Management experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a CDM project lead.
- English fluency (spoken) and advanced.
- Advanced computer applications skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.).
- Advanced understanding of drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.

- Preferred English fluency (spoken) and advanced English. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
