About the Role The Data Scientist at Guidehouse will focus on performing ETL / data cleaning, developing interactive visualizations, building predictive models, and supporting implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions tied to asset and material maintenance and management data, as well as policy data. What You'll Do
- Perform ETL and data cleaning to prepare data for analysis and modeling
- Develop interactive visualizations to communicate insights to clients
- Build and validate predictive models and deploy AI solutions where applicable
- Support the implementation of AI/ML solutions tied to asset/material maintenance and policy data
- Collaborate with the workstream lead and tasking, and document progress for reports
- Collect, integrate, and analyze diverse data to create performance metrics and client outputs What We're Looking For
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of specialized experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
- Ability to be on client site at least 3–4 days a week in the Tidewater area Nice to Have
- Databricks data pipelines and scripting experience
- Palantir Foundry experience
- RPA or automation experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience implementing military or industrial data solutions
