About the Role Guidehouse is seeking a Border Security Data Scientist to join a dynamic team supporting U.S. Federal border security customers. The role involves collecting, transforming, integrating, and analyzing data to develop integrated data models, generate reports for senior leaders, and deploy analytical solutions to support federal missions.
What You'll Do
- Develop integrated data pipelines and models to support law enforcement operations
- Collect, transform, integrate, and analyze data; develop data models; generate reports and analyses for senior leaders
- Develop and maintain data governance documentation, tools, and templates
- Coordinate with non-technical users to gather requirements
- Request, document, report, and analyze data, and create tools/resources to support data and reporting
- Support key mission clients within the Washington DC Metro region at client sites
- Work across CBP and multiple levels (Associate, Senior, Lead) to support ongoing and upcoming federal client work; leverage experience to align with project needs
What We're Looking For
- Active and maintained CBP Public Trust or Top Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in performing data analysis, mining and/or data modeling
