About this role
About the Role As a Data Scientist at dentsu, you will work within the Marketing Intelligence team to translate data into concrete marketing decisions and build models that deliver real impact for clients. You will tackle Marketing Mix Modelling, attribution, churn and customer segmentation, and predictive analytics, and contribute to AI-driven applications that automate processes and speed up data-to-decision. You will also present analyses clearly to clients to support data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy models for marketing analytics, including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution, churn, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Translate analyses into clear client-facing insights and presentations to support data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to AI-driven applications, such as tools that unlock insights, automate manual processes, and accelerate data-to-decision.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Intelligence team and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Apply Python-based data science workflows and communicate results effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- Relevant work experience as a Data Scientist.
- Experience with Python.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Interest in building and implementing AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, or agents).
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Knowledge of Bayesian modelling.
