About the Role This is an entry point into GE HealthCare’s strategic growth initiatives, exposing you to front-line customer engagement from pre-sales through solution implementation, with a focus on integrating and analyzing healthcare data to generate actionable insights and drive outcomes. The role emphasizes a product-oriented mindset and close collaboration with customers to identify challenges and co-design solutions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with domestic large healthcare institutions and industry partners to plan, implement, and improve data-enabled solutions; translate business needs into data-driven designs through conversations with customers
- Implement data integration and analytical processing (independently or with internal/external partners)
- Develop and deliver analytical outputs that support customer decision-making
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support solution deployment
- Ensure high-quality delivery through proper documentation, quality assurance, and post-implementation sustainability
- Support deployment and post-implementation operations, ensuring ongoing sustainability
- Domestic travel availability as required
What We're Looking For
- System deployment, IT support, or project-related experience (3+ years)
- Foundational knowledge in data analysis, BI tools, AI/ML, SQL or application development
- Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI)
- Customer-oriented and strong teamwork mindset
- Ability to travel domestically
- High compliance awareness
Nice to Have
- Python / SQL / JavaScript
- Practical experience with data analysis / BI tools
- Interest or knowledge in the healthcare industry
- English reading/writing ability
