Job title: Data Science and Supply Chain Analyst
About the Role Copeland is seeking a Data Science and Supply Chain Analyst to leverage advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Sigma to optimize supply chain and business operations. The role will focus on developing scalable data architectures, mining large datasets, and applying data science methodologies to generate actionable insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. The role will also utilize Microsoft Power Platform technologies to streamline workflows, automate data processes, and support supply chain planning and execution. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support supply chain objectives, identify process improvements, and implement data-driven initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
What You'll Do
- Leverage analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Sigma) to optimize supply chain and business operations.
- Develop scalable data architectures, mine large datasets, and apply data science methodologies to generate actionable insights for decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to streamline workflows, automate data processes, and support supply chain planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering or Data Analytics graduate with 5+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years in Data Analytics / Data Science.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Sigma; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mid-shift schedule (2pm–11pm) and on-site thrice a week.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
