The group collaborates cross-functionally with business, engineering, and research teams to strengthen Netflix’s big data capabilities and provide analytical tools for informed decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Conduct data-driven research to improve member experiences across streaming, games, and live experiences.
- Develop and refine personalization algorithms, content valuation, and streaming optimization.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and research teams to strengthen Netflix’s technical capabilities and big data infrastructure.
- Build and deploy analytical tools to help the company make important decisions for a global audience.
