About the Role At K&L Gates, we are seeking a Data Program Manager to oversee roadmaps, budgets, and timelines for enterprise data initiatives as a senior individual contributor. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, AI, and business teams to ensure execution, manage dependencies, track metrics, and resolve blockers, delivering measurable value on time and within scope for our greenfield data and AI efforts. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Data Engineering and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. What You'll Do
- Own and maintain the roadmap for enterprise data programs, aligning with business priorities, data strategy, and the governed build-buy portfolio model.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data initiatives, including scope definition, timeline management, risk mitigation, and coordination across engineering, analytics, and business partners.
