About the Role Accenture Flex Data Modeler is a mid-level to associate-manager role focused on data modeling and data architecture for business transformation projects. You will work with business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data, mentor teammates, and drive key decisions across teams. What You'll Do
- Design and implement data models that meet business requirements and improve data usability.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather data requirements and align with stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor team members on best practices in data modeling and architecture.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data management.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across teams. What We're Looking For
- Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience; Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Data Architecture; Bachelor's Degree or greater.
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Snowflake Platform; Associate or bachelor's degree; Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Data Quality Tools, AI Data Strategy, and SAP ABAP; AMDP suggested.
- Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities; ability to mentor teammates and drive decisions across multiple teams. Nice to Have
- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake, Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Data Quality Tools, AI Data Strategy, and SAP ABAP; AMDP experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 61.00 to USD 71.00 per hour, varies by location and experience (listed per role locations).
