About the Role HubSpot's Data Hub is a data management platform designed to unify scattered data across the HubSpot platform using AI-powered automation. This role focuses on enabling data-driven growth by ensuring data quality, real-time synchronization, and a unified data backbone across marketing, sales, and service teams.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate to design and implement data management workflows across Data Hub features (Data Studio, Data Sync, Cloud Data Storage Integrations).
- Build datasets with AI, monitor data health, automate data cleaning, and enforce custom data rules.
- Break down data silos by integrating 100+ apps and data sources to provide a single source of truth for dashboards and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with data management, data quality, data integration, and analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered data tooling and data orchestration.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot products and data hub ecosystems.
- Knowledge of cloud data storage, data warehousing, and BI tooling.
- Familiarity with data governance and data privacy considerations.
